Positioning
General strengths and weaknesses of different positions, and knowing how to take advantage of where you are.

Projectiles
Projectiles deal knockback to players, and lift them into the air. This sets their elevation higher than yours, and makes their momentum go backwards, allowing you to get the first hit without getting hit.
beginner
Blockhitting
Blockhitting happens when you right click while holding a sword (requires versions 1.8.9). When you block your sword, you receive about 40% less damage from the front.
